Overview
I am looking for an experienced Nurse to join a Nursing Home in Crewe to provide efficient and effective Nursing care for all our residents. Care is at the heart of what this home does, they provide high-quality person-centred nursing care to elderly, dementia and mental health patients. As a Nurse, it’s an opportunity to widen your clinical skills and support residents with a range of different needs. All our nurses must be able to build positive and enabling relationships with clients and at the same time, motivate and manage a team. ·Identify patient care requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual patients. ·Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families. ·Assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care. ·Administer medication and document this. Nurse Experience Required: ·An active NMC pin ·Nurse Degree qualification ·Ideally 1 year experience within Nursing Home or caring for the elderly ·Good Literacy and Numeracy skills with excellent communication skills.
