Working within an agile team, adhering to Scrum practices to help own and deliver a product to end users using leading web technologies and practices such as BDD, TDD, pair programming and mob programming. With an extensive focus on automation and code quality, engineers will work with automated release pipelines and automated test packs to ensure a highly efficient and quality product is shipped to users. Act as coach and mentor for junior members of Development teams, actively supporting their development as technicians and possibly including line management where required. Proactively assist with development of initiatives to promote continuous improvement both within specific technology areas and the wider IT department.
