Do you have 9 months’ experience working as a Health Care Assistant? Are you looking to work hours you want to work? We have full and part time hours available across the Herefordshire areas. Pay rates start from £9 per hour and increase to £10.50 per hour FREE DBS AND FREE UNIFORM Holiday pay is accrued separately – earn from £1.09 per hour We are urgently recruiting for Healthcare Assistant to come and join our busy and thriving Hereford Team. We are a specialist Health and Social car provider who supply temporary and permanent staff into a variety of services across Herefordshire. Areas include; Hereford city, Leominster, Ross on Wye, Ledbury, Ludlow, Bromyard, Malvern and surrounding areas. You get to pick and choose the days you want to work each week, you then get to choose the shifts that you want to cover. We work with a complete variety of services such as; Residential, Nursing, Supported living, Day centre and Residential supported living homes. We supply staff to support those services when they need us most, this can be short notice cover (within 24 hours) or this can be block bookings (up to 3 months) – the best bit is, YOU get full choice. The role of Health Care Assistant is challenging yet regarding, it is mentally and physically tough and some days you may not feel that you have made a real difference, but let us assure you that you do. We look for people that are empathetic, that have a high standard and quality of care. We want you to enjoy being part of a team and have a passion to provide person centred care to all service users, no matter on their medical condition. You will assist with manual handling, food and fluids, personal care and promoting independence at all times.
