Job Description for Live in Housekeeper / Nanny in Kingswood, Surrey (separate accommodation) Position : Permanent Job Reference : DB450 Job Title :Housekeeper / Nanny Location :Kingswood, Surrey Number of Children: B-15, B-11, G-6 Pets: Miniature Yorkshire Terrier, soon to acquire 2nd dog same breed Salary : £35,000 gross per annum Holiday : Statutory Holiday - 20 days per year plus Bank Holidays Start Date : ASAP Hours Required : Working hours from 7am through to 7pm with x2 hours off during the day. On the mornings that the children are not at the house the start time can be 8am. Working week will be 5 days per week (days to be agreed in advance) - these days will cover weekends to fit around Childcare Driver : Yes, a driver is required, and a car is provided for use whilst on duty Live in Accommodation: Own private accommodation over triple garage; separate entrance. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Summary : This is a lovely role managing a 6 bedroomed exclusive property in Kingswood area for Executive Directors and their x3 children. Your will be responsible for the smooth running of their home and helping the Husband and Wife when they care for the 3 children during weekends and x2 evenings per week Duties will include: aged 14, 11 and 6. All cleaning and housework Collecting/receiving post Liaising with visitors/contractors to the property All laundry and ironing All food shopping/preparing meals for the family Assisting Owners with childcare during weekends / picking up and dropping off children to school / after school clubs as and when required Assisting owners with packing requirements for the family prior to Travel Any other errands required for running the property Caring for 3 small l miniature Yorkshire dog This role will suit you if you are hardworking, conscientious and flexible.
