Overview
We are recruiting support Hereford area. About us The service offers person-centred, responsive residential care for 10 residents with physical and intellectual disabilities. Residents enjoy modern, individual accommodation in a spacious building with state of the art assistive technology. Job Summary This is a leading UK Christian charity that works with disabled people and local communities to achieve social inclusion, empowerment and justice and gives disabled and disadvantaged people real choice about how they live their lives. Role Requirements To be successful in this role as a support worker you will be able to: You will be required to work as a support worker and help people live an independent life, supporting with personal care needs, participating in community activities and have an ability to work in a person centred way. You will be flexible and be able to work on a rota basis.
