Financial Adviser Full Time £40,000-£55,000 annual bonus (OTE £65,000) This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, vibrant and innovative business operating within the Wealth Management, Financial Planning and Employee Benefits sectors - committed to providing first class customer service and fast track growth and expansion. Their clients are some of the UK's largest employers operating within both the private and public sectors. As a vital member of their team, you will be based at their head office in Shrewsbury, working alongside a small team of very positive, experienced and dedicated advisers and support staff. This is predominantly an employed office-based position advising an existing long-established client base whilst also responding to new client enquiries and requests generated from their Employee Financial Advice helpline accessed by over 400,000 of their client's employees. The successful candidate will possess the following: - A minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. - An active Statement of Professional Standing. - A track record of delivering advice over the phone and on a face to face basis. - A confident and positive attitude If you don't have oodles of enthusiasm - don't apply. - Strong judgement and critical thinking skills - The ability to work independently and challenge effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - The ability to research and compile client reports.
