Client Account Manager

The General Maintenance is a family run nationwide maintenance company retaining long standing customers since 2003. We are a small, friendly team that cares about the people who use our services and we work hard to help our clients with their diverse maintenance requirements. Every day here is different and challenging, we have a busy but relaxed and comfortable office environment located 10 minutes walk from the beach in Littlehampton. We are looking for a team player to join our small, energetic and friendly team as a Client Account Manager carrying out administrative duties. Responsibilities include managing a network of maintenance contractors throughout the UK. You will be required to organise jobs from initial enquiry through to invoice, communicating clearly and efficiently with both clients and contractors. Occasional face to face client meetings. A strong customer service background is required and B2B experience preferred. Full training given. Some experience in property would be helpful but not essential. You will be the main point of contact for a selection of our clients so we are looking for an experienced professional who is conscientious, proactive and flexible. You will be required to maintain good client and contractor relationships and you must be extremely confident on the telephone. The ability to work well under pressure, work on your own initiative as well as part of a team and prioritise your work is essential.
