Overview

Internal Sales Account Manager You'll be working for a well established family owned medical supply business in Runcorn. Due to company growth they are looking for someone who has worked in a B2B capacity. Salary: £22 - 25k DOE Monday to Friday 9-5pm Location: Runcorn Start Date: ASAP Permanent Responsibilities: Answering inbound telephone calls/emails from clients Handling sales enquiries, provide quotations and process orders Manage the total customer journey from handling from initial enquiry, follow up and sale Setting up new customer accounts and processing contracts Manage customer relationships and attend customer review meetings Identify and develop leads for new business growth opportunities with new and existing customers Support the development of new business Continually update the CRM system and produce reports Attend conferences with the National Account Manager from time to time Build rapport with customers Introducing features and benefits of products to potential and existing clients Person Specification: Previous experience in a sales role Results driven and a confident self-starter Medical supply or pharmaceuticals experience - desirable Have at least 1 year sales experience and have a desire to progress Excellent written and verbal communication skills Drivers licence For more information on this role you can contact Sophie Ackers on .
