We are currently looking for a Field Engineer to join us on our exciting growth journey. Key Requirements: For this role a minimum requirement of a computing or related subject degree and/or at least 2 years’ experience is necessary To help us achieving our objectives we need the candidate to have: A background in Telecommunications, particularly UK major telecom providers (5G network preferred) A proven record of Field-Testing experience and a working knowledge within 2G/3G/4G & IMS functions Previous responsibility for certification requirements within UK operator testing environments An ability to communicate with customers at all levels and work under pressure Demonstrate attention to detail in trouble shooting and diagnostics reporting, to ensure information is recorded correctly and in a timely manner Undertake ownership and perform tasks independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision A genuine interest in software testing and local smart phone / operator market knowledge Role Responsibilities: Principal objectives of the role include, but not limited to: According to the project requirements, create LTE/5G FT test plans, design FT test cases / Route map and execute FT test Ensure responsibility for Project software testing - report bugs, push and track bugs to resolution Responsibility for the Local Operator FT test and transform carrier’s requirement to test cases Proactive communication with a positive team working ethic
