SHIFT PACKAGING COORDINATOR / SUPERVISOR INDUSTRIAL FMCG MANUFACTURING BUSINESS WARRINGTON £32,000 per annum 10% Bonus 6% PENSION LIFE ASSURANCE OTHER BENEFITS 2 Days / 2 Nights - 6 Days Off Owing to a restructure within their Production department, a Market leading and very well established global Industrial manufacturing company is seeking skilled and competent Shift Packaging Supervisors / Coordinators to come onboard. Manufacturing and processing a diverse range of products from their site in Warrington and across their group, they supply into a vast array of clients and enjoy a strong worldwide market presence. Working within this fast paced and highly automated environment will provide a motivated Production / Packaging Supervisor with a stimulating challenge on a day to day basis. Due to a diverse and well-established portfolio of clients, this opportunity offers great security and stability. With progressive training and development these roles also allow promotion in the longer term. Role Description Lead and motivate the packaging team across the manufacturing facility. Ensuring that all training for the operation of machinery is conducted. Maintaining a safe working environment in accordance to the H&S site policies. Management of absence and conducting return to work meetings. Ensure clear communication across departments. Control and organise production packaging requirements across the site. Organise and control effective stock takes of production consumables. Conducting appraisal and performance reviews. Skills and Qualifications Shift Supervisor / Shift Management / Packaging Supervisor experience Experience of leading and managing a team within an FMCG / Food / Packaging environment. Ability to motivated and encourage the team to fulfil objectives. Hands on experience within a manufacturing organisation. Strong communication skills.
