The Opportunity Are you an experienced recruitment consultant , managing consultant ,team leader or recruitment manager looking for your next career move in a professional recruitment ? Experience You may be a senior recruitment consultant ready for their first step into management and leading a team , or you may already be a manager with some experience .Either way you must be innovative, ambitious and driven by success. Whatever your level of experience, you should have a goal in your career and be focussed on achieving this .With the investment of internal and external training dedicated to you and your team you will be able to achieve this . You must have a demonstrable track record of delivering results in the recruitment market .You will ideally have knowledge of the North Midlands -Nottingham ,Derby ,Worksop, Newark ,and Chesterfield /South Yorkshire area . Sectors Commercial /Office Support ,Professional Services -Accountancy ,Legal & HR The Rewards You will be joining a management team made up of impressive leaders and a talented team of recruitment consultants. Based in superb offices you'll be working in partnership with the existing offices to build on their network .If you are a managing consultant will will be fast tracked into a management position with the training and support given .For those existing managers you will be immediately recognised as a key influencer in the company .
