2475 - Salesforce Migration/Optimisation Manager – London – Perm – £55-£60K Our client is a leader in the Fintech world and looking for an experienced CRM professional to lead the migration from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning. To achieve this it will first deliver a programme of improvements to sales processes and usage of the current Salesforce software. The role will then lead the project to migrate to Salesforce Lightning, engaging with external providers and internal stakeholders as appropriate. Once the migration project is complete this role will continue to act as Product Owner for Salesforce and will become part of the Sales Operations team Key Responsibilities: · Process mapping current sales processes, which will likely entail 3 different processes: Media, MPS and the core data and tech sales processes o Defining sales force object needs and core model changes o Defining views and workflows within the salesforce application · Delivering improvements to sales processes before migration to achieve efficiency gains. · Lead the project to migrate from Salesforce Classic to Lightning by: o Engaging with external suppliers to develop the project plan o Act as the business representative in the design phase o Ensure appropriate resources are available to deliver the project o Work as an advocate for the new system ensuring all areas of the business buy into implementation · Ongoing ownership of Salesforce and optimising of sales processes · Working with key stakeholders to ensure the right data is being captured and the right reports are being produced.
