Early Years Educator– South Bermondsey Nursery Despite the challenges of the coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis we are still recruiting for staff in our nurseries. Total capacity of Nursery: 96 Nursery Opening Times: 8.00am – 6.00pm At our South Bermondsey Nursery, we understand how difficult it can be to juggle a career and modern living. With many people in London today supporting families or studying to further their qualifications, we know a standard working week will not suit everyone. That’s why we have taken the intuitive to allow a more flexible approach to our full-time positions and offer the opportunity to work 4 x long days instead of the standard 5 x day week. Despite the more flexible approach, Leyf still searches for high quality practitioners who strive to provide exciting and inspiring education for our children. We expect our new team members to support the rest of the team, encouraging a positive and nurturing environment for all who visit the nursery. About you: Full and relevant child care qualification at level 3 or above. Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and how this is monitored in a nursery setting. At least 6 months experience working in an early year’s setting To encourage a supportive team atmosphere and the ability to work together in a positive and compassionate way.
