Job Specification Following procedures with accuracy at all times. Understanding and help create technical plan and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Being able to set the thermal spray equipment accordingly from the information provided. A ccurately complete all necessary documentation e.g. Route card, inspection sheets etc to the expected level of discipline. Interpret and understand all aspects on the technical plan. Carry out accurate thorough machine checks to the expected level of discipline and replace/report any anomalies. Prevent the re-occurrence of nonconformities by identification, segregation reporting the need for corrective action and verifying the corrective action is effective. Any other duties that may be required in line with the role as assigned by your Line Manager. Operate the robotic controlled thermal spray equipment and also perform programming of basic routines. Personal Specification Highly motivated towards safety, demonstrate and understand safe working practices, ensuring that PPE is worn at all times. Must demonstrate a positive attitude at work by being motivated and self driven, by using their own initiative Must show enthusiasm and drive for continuous improvement by demonstrating the ability to make suggestions and recommendations of ways to improve efficiency and reducing waste. Must be conscientious with an attention to detail.
