Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner A high performing and industry leading client is expanding their operation and they require an additional Mortgage Administrator to join their flourishing team, in order to support this exciting period of company growth. Experience in the mortgage field is an advantage, but applications from a different financial services background will be considered. Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner - Skills Required: Previous admin experience in Financial Services is preferred Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook Superior organisational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner Excellent communication skills Professional and reliable High level of attention to detail Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner - Responsibilities: Proactively progressing applications through to completion Uploading of documentation to the CRM and all communications are recorded Regular liaising with clients as well as lenders and solicitors to obtain updates to ensure a smooth application process Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post Data entry of applications Mortgage Administrator / Mortgage Paraplanner - Package: £25,000 Basic salary, plus a monthly bonus package based on pipeline turn £26,000 - £27,000 Overall salary to include performance related bonus An enhanced package may be considered for very experienced paraplanners who currently earn more than this package Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents hits 13 years of successful trading.
