Customer Liaison Officer

Our client is an established not for profit company who provide a range of services for people living in the community. Working closely with partnering agencies, they listen and respond to the needs of their clients ensuring that they encourage an improved quality of life and stability. We are seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The salary is between £18,000 - £21,000 based in their lovely offices near to Taunton. The purpose of the role is to be the face of the organisation and deliver a maintain high levels of customer service. The main duties include; Delivering a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers Booking and confirming appointments Logging and responding to calls, emails and letters from customers Taking down client enquiries Resolve customer queries and keep the in house database up to date To support the marketing and communications teams The successful candidate must have; Computer literate Good communication skills and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail A positive can do attitude Organised A team player This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and growing organisation.
