Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Permanent Position - Rotherham Central - £16,600 raising to £17,000 after probation per annum plus amazing benefits package Our client is based in Rotherham and immediately require Inbound Customer Service Advisors who have experience in delivering first class customer care and a proactive approach to building relationships & resolving queries. Able to take ownership of difficult situations and see through to completion. PC Literate and the ability to pick things up quickly THE FINER DETAILS: £16,600 raising to £17,000 after probation per annum Working hours are Mon - Fri, between 08:30 - 20:30 Sat - 09:00 - 18:00 Sun - 10:00 - 16:00 Covering 37.5 hours a week If interested a sample rota can be issued by email. RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver a world class customer service to our residential customers Assist with billing queries Technical Support to get customers back online Complaint handling through to resolution.
