Job Title: MIS Manager (Funding and Compliance) Location: Nottingham Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 Generous Holiday Entitlement, Pension Much More Type: Full Time, Permanent Duties: Responsible for all data management and analysis, across the whole organisation. Manage and support the MIS and administrative team, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of ESFA contracts and claims. Manage the continuous improvement of MIS and processes, ensuring all date is clean, valid and reliable to maintain outstanding performance. Monitor and report the performance of MIS, Funding and Compliance to ensure that business objectives are met. Ensure that all data and funding claims are quality checked, compliant and inputted within a timely manner, carrying out monthly internal audits. Maintain up to date knowledge of ESFA funding rules. Offer advice and guidance on data, funding and compliance issues at a strategic level Manage the submission of compliant ILRs to maximise all funding claims. Analyse and produce performance reports on all data for the SMT and external quality organisations. Provide assistance to the business with any changes to funding rules / standards. Maintain own knowledge of funding and data regulations set by the awarding/funding organisations (ESFA). Consolidate and present regular funding reports to the SMT. Essential Criteria: Experience of working within a similar Data / Compliance Management role, within the work-based learning industry. Proven experience in managing a team. Experience of using MIS and learner management systems, such as PICS or OneFile Strong, working knowledge of ESFA funding / performance rules, and ILR. Organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
