OVERVIEW As a French HR Administrator , you will be a member of the team who is responsible for HR-related administration throughout the employee life cycle across EMEA and APAC. You must be able to speak French. RESPONSIBILITIES As a French HR Administrator your key duties will include: Coordinating the administration and onboarding process for new starters Entering new starters into recruitment and HR systems, creating new starter offer packs, contracts, offer letters, providing Payroll with starters details and coordinating HR Orientation and completing Background Screening checks Administration of employees on leave of absence e.g. maternity leave Administration of the leaver process to include leaver letters, exit interview surveys and file archiving Submitting all required information to Payroll in a timely and accurate manner Providing regular and ongoing filing support and ensuring personnel files are secure, well maintained and orderly, promoting paperless HR wherever possible REQUIREMENTS To be considered for the role of French HR Administrator , you must have: Ability to communicate in French at B1 level or higher and fluency in English A relevant degree (or equivalent work experience) Strong administrative skills with experience in an office environment Fully IT literate and confident in Word and Excel NEXT STEPS To become a French HR Administrator , apply with your up to date CV.
