Product Owner - Retail - E-commerce - Back End - CRM - PIM - Logistics - London Your new company An exciting opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading gift companies. Your new role They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Owner who will be responsible for the Roadmap for their customer journey. Leading end-to-end product initiatives for internal systems including using research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes and stories (with UX/Design), tracking, QA, UAT, post launch validation and ongoing optimisation in an Agile manner using Scrum methodology and artefacts. What you'll need to succeed Experience working with backend systems is essential e.g. CRM, Finance tool, PIM, Logistics, Purchasing etc. Experience in an eCommerce environment working with product information is desirable Strong Analytics experience and Data driven decision making Experience in change management is desirable Experience is training end users would be beneficial Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills Experience within cross-functional teams Agile environment is desirable Demonstrated experience in backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritisation What you'll get in return Be part of a fun and collaborative team, with a great working culture.
