Overview

This is a front of house position with a prestigious Energy Company who is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist with strong client liaison and administration skills. This varied role will include meeting and greeting all visitors, operating a switchboard, emailing messages, coordinating meeting rooms and booking cars and couriers. Administrative tasks will include ordering stationery and office supplies, monitoring the corporate mobile phone account, checking photocopiers, printers, and helping with the smooth running of the office; you also provide support to PA’s when required. Hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm. The ideal candidate will have previous receptionist experience gained within a professional/blue chip company and possess excellent communication skills as well as a friendly, warm approach.
