Overview
Our client, a rapidly growing market leading ecommerce retailer is currently looking to expand their team by recruiting an E-Commerce Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team, where the successful canddiate will make a significant contribution to the business whilst developing skills and experience in a friendly and rewarding environment. As part of a fast-paced team you will be listing and researching new products. This role will be ideal for someone with a background in a similar role and that has knowledge of Magento, Wordpress or similar CMS systems and Microsoft packages. You will also be a proactive person with a methodical approach and have a keen eye for detail whilst being accurate and analytical with everything you do. Duties Include: Using the Microsoft suite to manage product information before transferring directly into the various Magento CMS sites. Required to support the Product Manager with the product onboarding process, ensuring all product attributes are obtained and correct. Required to chase any outstanding imagery with Suppliers and internal Designers plus any outstanding copy with the Content Writers to ensure timelines are met. Escalate any issues with functionality or website performance with the Head of Brand & UX. Required Skills IT literate with knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook essential). Good working knowledge of Excel including formulas etc… Knowledge of Photoshop. Working knowledge of content management systems such as Wordpress/Shopify/Magento beneficial. Excellent spelling and grammar and keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In return my client are offering a competitive salary and a great working environment.
