IT Systems Engineer - Stockton on Tees - £37k A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Systems Engineer to join a thriving growing organisation in Stockton on Tees My client is an established business and specialise in radiation detection solutions and develop products ranging from hand held radioisotope detectors to cameras that detect cancer. The company is highly regarded in the industry and currently hiring due to growth across the business. The successful applicant will work alongside the Software Engineering team and be responsible for first and second-line technical support for customers and employees. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and knowledge within IT and technical support. Key Responsibilities: First and second line helpdesk support for all requests and handling of technical, non-technical and general queries Liaise with technical and development teams where required to support requests Monitor daily health check reports from the online portal and investigate where necessary Communicate with customers and employees about issues and their resolution Desirables: Experience across Office 365 including; SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online Experience of providing administration and support of both on-premise and global cloud (Microsoft Azure) infrastructure services.
