Sales Team Leader - Insurance Barker Munro Recruitment, the Kent based Insurance recruitment specialists, are currently working with a fantastic organisation who are currently looking to recruit a Sales Team leader - Insurance, to their busy broking team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled insurance professional looking for the next step in their insurance career where you will have day to day responsibility for leading a team of broking professionals with day to day management of the team and who can deliver consistently good customer service to clients by ensuring the team is working to it's best capacity and you are getting the best out of each person in the team. As the Team Leader you will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Meeting defined key performance indicators and ensuring calls and cases are being handled in the right way • Overseeing team performance and ensuring the department is running efficiently • Arrange training activities and manage training strategies for staff members in order to develop people • Liaising with prospect clients and working with staff to develop sales techniques To be successful for this position you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the insurance industry, ideally from broking, whilst also demonstrating strong decision making and leadership skills, but any insurance background will be considered. You will also be able to set, meet and exceed targets and have a strong customer centric focus whilst be able to lead and motivate staff and develop them.
