Overview
An experienced Occupational Disease Paralegal/Legal Executive opportunity has arisen at this Leading UK Top 100 firm based in Cardiff. If you are experienced in Casualty/Disease matters, then this could be the career opportunity you have been waiting for The main purpose of the role will be working on a cohort of group action claims, to include military deafness. Main duties include dealing with CFAs and funding, reviewing medical records, preparing of witness statements and preparing instructions to experts. Key criteria: You will ideally be a Paralegal or Legal Executive with between 2-4 years’ experience dealing with complex litigation matters. You will have demonstrative experience of handling a range of relevant OID or Clinical Negligence matters. You will have strong communication skills, be a good team player and build easy rapport with clients. Excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation strategy. Understanding of management information and IT skills. Driven to perform against targets and KPI's. This is a super opportunity to be part of a thriving, established team in the centre of Cardiff.
