Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work within a well established Law firm in Leeds. Working as solicitor specialising in the clinical negligence field you will be handling a variety of Clinical Negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post-litigation claims. You will have an understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes. Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion. Excellent negotiating skills. Experience of working to targets and KPIs. Litigation experience in clinical negligence claims is desirable however not essential. Experience using the Proclaim database is preferable. In order to be considered for this role you will have 2 years experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims. Good attention to detail. Excellent client care. Excellent communication and literacy skills. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
