Overview
A well respected, niche law firm based in Sussex is currently seeking a Solicitor, CILEX or Paralegal to join their professional team to manage tenant matters on behalf of London/City based landlords, Local Authorities and Property Management companies. Successful applicants will responsibly manage their own caseloads, handling a wide and diverse range of issues including disputes relating to long leasehold or managed property, unlawful alterations and subletting, service charge and major works funding disputes, tenancy disputes and residential possessions. Not only will you need to be skilled in such matters, but you will also need to possess excellent communication skills as you provide legal advice to your clients.
