We’re Mind, the mental health charity. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anybody experiencing a mental health problem and campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. The Community and Events Fundraising Operations Team sits within The Community, Events & Fundraising Development team, which raises approximately £13m gross income per year for our work. Reporting to a Senior Community and Events Fundraising Operations Officer and working as part of a team of assistants, you will be a first point of contact for our amazing fundraisers, providing excellent supporter care to maximise income generation and long-term support for Mind. You will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks and delivering stewardship across a wide range of community and events fundraising. You will also work as part of the team to develop, deliver and evaluate process improvements to enable us to provide the best experience for our supporters. We’re looking for candidates who have relevant experience of working within fundraising, supporter care or customer focused environments, will excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong administrator, you will be competent in all Microsoft packages and will have a good understanding of computerised databases. Experience of managing relationships with external suppliers and a direct or indirect experience of mental health problems would be desirable, however is not essential.
