Voyage Care are recruiting Support Workers in your area IMMEDIATE interviews available Voyage Care have fantastic opportunities for people new to the care sector and for experienced individuals looking for flexibility in their work-life balance. Our supported living service in Wormelow provides a safe environment for the independent people we support to increase their independence, enjoy new experiences and enjoy their hobbies. As a support worker you will enable the person you are supporting to complete daily activities both in their home and out in the community; whether this be grocery shopping, attending social gatherings or brand new activities within their local community. No experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support. You'll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
