Nurse Advisor - Adult Nutrition - South London / Kent Our client is a global, broad based healthcare company devoted to discovering new medicines, new technologies and new ways to manage health. They have a broad portfolio of products which includes pharmaceutical specialised medicines, diagnostic systems and tests, vascular devices, blood glucose monitoring systems, nutritional products and veterinary care. We have a new vacancy for a Nurse Advisor working for our client's nutrition division. This role would involve ensuring that patients who require enteral feeding and their carers are supported, both in the acute and community settings, and have access to all the necessary information and education required. You would provide training and support for adult patients. You will provide an invaluable service to aid other healthcare professionals and educate them in good clinical practice for our client's nutritional feeds and pumps. Your aim will be to help to reduce unnecessary re-admissions to hospital and support those with long term needs by improving patient care and quality of life. To apply you must be a Registered Nurse with current registration with the NMC. Ideally you will be experienced in the use of sip and tube feeding. We are particularly interested in those candidates who have also worked in a community setting.
