Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist (RMN or RNLD) Location: Stockport, with travel to other services across Cheshire Salary: up to £43,772 depending on experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday) Adept Recruitment is one of the UK's leading providers of permanent recruitment solutions to the Health and Social Care sectors and we offer bespoke consultancy services to clients and candidates alike. The Company Our client provides residential services for young people aged 16-30 years old who have been discharged from psychiatric inpatient stays or secure children’s homes. The young people they care for often require a high level of support and a dynamic approach to risk management to support problems they may have with self-harming, behaviour and emotional regulation. The aim is to support the young people using a therapeutic approach to live in a non-secure community setting and to achieve their individual goals in preparation for transition to adult life. The Role The post-holder will be responsible for assessing, developing, outlining and implementing specialist interventions to young people, both within residential provisions and independence packages of care within the community. The young people within the service will have often transitioned from long-term hospital admissions or secure-care provisions, as well as having been placed as an alternative to a hospital. The post-holder will also contribute to training and education of the residential team as well as facilitating reflective practice sessions to ensure all intervention is effective and evidence based. The post-holder will work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team’s policies and procedures.
