VennGroup The specialists in professional recruitment Human Resources Projects Consultant Ref No: 6943440 A CCS-NMNC registered agency Venn Group is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation based in West Yorkshire who is looking to recruit a People Projects Consultant on a 6-month temporary contract. To work on delivering specific recruitment projects to drive the Human Resources strategy and agenda across the organisation. The successful candidate needs to be able to identify, develop and enhance the Human Resources provision by planning, implementing and evaluating HR initiatives to achieve the identified HR Business plan aims and objectives. Candidate experience: The successful Projects consultant will have experience deliver various projects that implement the HR strategy. Ensure that relevant policies, procedures, guidance and practices are up to date. Experience in leading various HR projects as agreed with the Director of HR ensuring they are resourced, project managed, communicated and implemented in accordance with agreed plans and business cases.
