Overview
Are you looking for a challenging role? A role where you can be a part of something special? We are working with a fantastic business on Wilford Industrial Estate to recruit a Financial Controller. They are an import / export business and therefore knowledge of the industry / sector will be vital for this position. Given the stock management side, they use Sage 200 which works brilliantly for them as a business, experience working with this system will be absolutely vital to be considered. If you enjoy a varied role, and want to be a part of the next stage of growth for a business this could be a great option. The Directors in the business are all very finance savvy, but, there’ll be no Finance Director above you, great for someone who wants to take on a lead role. Of course though, you will be supported by the external accountants. Monthly management accounts production with commentary Production of budgets and forecasts Management of the relationship for finance with the wider business Day to day bookkeeping and financial administration Balance and bank reconciliations Statutory accounts production and liaison with external auditors Cash flow reporting working closely with the Directors Management and development of a team of 3 – including one part time KPI and MI reporting Stock management and analysis Requirements: Sage 200 experience Experience in a similar sector with import / export of stock Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
