Prime Appointments Junior Buyer Braintree Temporary to Permanent £19,000 - £20,000 My client in Braintree are currently looking for someone with great customer service, good attention to deal and project coordinator experience. The successful candidate must have a can do positive attitude. The main job role will be taught due to the nature of the role. Main duties:- Assisting the Buying department, you will provide full support and assistance within the team. Liaising with suppliers, planning teams, operations managers and site teams, ensuring information is accurately communicated in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring all materials and equipment are delivered to sites within the required time frame. Working closely with the planning team to procure correct materials required. Using a range of office software, including email, spread sheets and databases Accurately upload and update information on in house databases. Raising Purchase orders, cross checking of invoices and querying differences. Continuous Improvement and implementation of project work to enhance a consistently evolving department.
