Senior Town Planner - Bristol HA 8875 Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience Our client, a growing, independent planning consultancy is urgently looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their team in Bristol. The successful Senior Town Planner will quickly take a lead role within the team, being the first point of contact for their clients and giving expert advice at all stages of the planning process. Qualifications and experience: It is likely that the successful Senior Town Planner will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or be working towards this) and will have demonstrable post qualification experience, preferably within a consultancy environment. Duties: Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients Writing statements and submitting applications for a variety of residential, mixed use and commercial planning developments Liaising with clients and the public with reference to planning enquiries Mentoring junior members of the team In return the company are offering a competitive starting salary and full benefits package.
