Here at Care South - we have opportunities for Night Shift Leaders to join us at Kenwith Castle, our beautiful Country House Care Home near Bideford, EX39 5BE. Full Time or Part Time Hours Available £10.25 Per Hour Bank Holiday Enhanced Pay Rate Night Shift: 9.00pm - 7:15am Our respected care team make a huge contribution to the care our residents receive every day. We're looking for a dedicated and caring individual with care experience to join us in leading a care team at our home. Working with your colleagues, you'll plan and manage the delivery of high quality care for our residents. Kenwith Castle our beautiful care home in North Devon is nestled in the heart of the area's spectacular coastal countryside with 30 acres of grounds and gardens, and is a sympathetic conversion of the original building, with a purpose-built modern wing. For more information about Kenwith Castle please go to: https://www.care-south.co.uk/homes/kenwith-castle/ About you: You will have experience in the care of older people and the supervision of staff, together with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership qualities. You will also have experience in administering medication and hold an NVQ3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or hold a level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and be willing to train to achieve the level 3 Diploma shortly after you start with us.
