With more than 25 years’ experience we provide bespoke and innovative assessment and care packages in a range of supported living models which include 24-hour domiciliary care and residential care home support services. We at City Care Partnership are currently looking for Support Workers to join our team, with an exciting opportunity to work in small teams in properties across Manchester and Stockport, working with adults with learning disabilities and Autism. It is important that you are a good communicator and have excellent people skills. Demonstrates patience, compassion and understanding Demonstrates the ability to follow specific behaviour guidelines and support plans Effective team player who is reliable, flexible, conscientious and adaptable Able to work alone and on own initiative in response to the needs of the people supported No experience necessary, full training and support is provided.
