Positive Behaviour Support Workers (Day Opportunities) Location: Islington, North London Salary: £30,000 per annum Hours: Full time, 35 per week Contract: Permanent Centre 404 is a friendly, local and thriving charity with an excellent reputation for providing high quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London. We are currently recruiting for Positive Behaviour Support focused Day Opportunities Manager to assist in ensuring the smooth running and development of our Day Opportunities provision within our Learning and Leisure service. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager who has planned and developed sessions for people with learning disabilities and led and motivated a team to ensure positive outcomes for people using the service. The role is multi-faceted and oversees the following key areas: Creation, implementation and ongoing development of services relating to all activities within the Learning & Leisure’s Day Opportunities provisions All aspects of line management of Learning and Leisure Day Opportunities staff Working with the Head of Service to contribute to the general development of Centre 404’s strategy and services Ensuring all Day Opportunities projects are delivered in line with Centre 404’s mission and values and that they promote inclusion and diversity Should you have any questions about the role or the recruitment process, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at centre404.
