We have a great opportunity for a registered nurse to work in a service which provides residential, nursing and dementia care for a wide range of elderly needs, as well as for people with physical disabilities based in Bristol. Position: Registered Nurse Hours: Varies contracts available Shifts: 12 hr shifts, Permanent days and permanent nights available Hourly Rate: £16.00 - £18.00 TTM Healthcare is working in partnership with a healthcare group that offers a variety of services that include both residential and nursing care. The group also offers many specialist services, some of which include dementia, learning disabilities and care for individuals with mental health issues. The overall responsibility within this role include (but not limited to): Assessing and planning nursing care requirements. Providing pre- and post-operation care. Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions. Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures. writing records. Supervising junior staff. Organising workloads. Providing emotional support to patients and relatives. To be eligible for the role, you will need to: Registered nurse RNLD/ RMN/ RGN and will have a valid NMC pin. You will have at least 6 – 12 months' experience, with a passion to provide the type of care you’d expect for your loved ones. Team Player. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
