Bank Care Assitant Barnet £9.13 - £9.79 Day and Night shifts available. My client is the largest health and social care provider supporting the Jewish Community, currently looking for Bank Care Support Workers to join their independent living service in Hendon. Key responsibilities: Providing background support to care and support workers Following tenants needs as detailed in their care, support and risk plans, ensuring to regularly check on their well-being. Contacting emergency services when necessary. Providing personal care, emotional and practical support, recognising and reporting changes of a tenants needs to a relevant member of senior staff. Requirements: NCQ level 2 in Health and Social Care. Experience within a Health or Care setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – allowing for strong relationships to be built. Excellent tenant service skills. A full 6-week induction training programme is offered to all new staff members.
