We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Care Coordinator looking for something different and a new challenge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic social care agency in the central Manchester area and become their Social Care Recruitment Consultant. Duties As their Care Coordinator/Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining an established care desk who provide temporary Care Assistants and Nurses to older peoples’ nursing and residential homes across the Greater Manchester area. You will work directly with the homes, helping them to fill any shifts in their staffing levels which could be due to sickness, holidays or staff shortages. You will establish and maintain relationships with the providers and candidates our client supports, proactively filling shifts, taking bookings and understand your candidates’ availability, location and previous experience.
