Role: Senior Night Care Assistant Location: Honiton, Devon Salary: £10.08p/h Hours: 11 Hour shifts (8:45pm – 7:45am), 33 hours a week contracted About Us: We are a charity which successfully provides quality housing for older people across the UK and even internationally Our goal is to enhance the quality of life for older people through high levels of quality accommodation and by immersing them within a stimulating and social environment. We are looking for Senior Night Care Assistants to work within our Georgian-Style Elderly Residential Home, which is situated within the picturesque Devon countryside. We can care for up to 30 fabulous residents and offer 24-hour care. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, no two day will be the same As an experienced Care provider, you will assist residents with medication, liaise with medical professionals, motivate and support your care staff and manage our administration systems. We have free parking on site also Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for an experienced individual who has great experience of working with older people. Ideally, you will have experience of senior responsibilities and will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in care. Ideally, you will have your NVQ 3 but are also able to fund you to complete this qualification if needed. As a passionate individual, you will be motivating and proactive with experience of leading a team of care staff.
