Your role We are looking for experienced scientists to join our pharmaceutical development team at our Chippenham site, supporting product development for dry powder inhalation (DPI) or nebuliser devices. You will be an essential part of our product development team and have a wide range of laboratory and/or analytical activities. Plan and perform a wide range of laboratory and/or process activities, applying technical knowledge and competence. Involvement in problem solving, quality investigation, drive / progress root cause analysis. Working in an inclusive environment you will be able to communicate and report findings to senior stakeholders and be able to plan and prioritise work to meet required timeframes. What you need Degree educated in a scientific subject, you will be able to demonstrate the appropriate scientific technical skill and knowledge from within a pharmaceutical environment. You will be a proven complex problem solver and a capable mentor able to support colleagues. You will be able to lead concurrent protocols and be able to communicate effectively with the team and other colleagues. We will accept applications from scientists experienced in developing inhalation products from within a pharmaceutical environment. Experience of working with DPIs or nebulisers is preferred.
