Overview

THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for a local growing business based in Loughborough . You will be an effective and proactive support to the Executive Directors. This is a key role as part of the Personal Assistant team responsible for providing an effective secretarial service to the Executive team. This is a full time position working Monday - Friday THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain executive team diaries on a daily basis taking a proactive and responsive approach in order to make decisions and judgments so that executive team members are able to fulfil all commitments and focus on strategic priorities. Organise and facilitate company and departmental meetings to a high standard ensuring these meetings run effectively and all elements from agenda setting, documentation collation, taking actions and providing feedback are accurately collated. Provide effective support and insights to the departmental teams as required including the involvement with recruitment of key roles and coordination of induction plans of key new starters, supporting Human Resources administration, working with the Human Resources Business Partner, in order to make links and ensure effective running of the teams. Coordinate departmental and customer events, acting as the first point of contact with event management companies, ensuring all arrangements are made so that events run smoothly and are delivered professionally and achieve desired outcomes. Undertake a range of secretarial and administrative tasks such as managing telephone calls, filing, preparation of presentations, financial support, in order to ensure the effective running of the departments, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. Manage executive level domestic and global travel arrangements and processing related expenses to ensure these are in line with company policies and are completed in a timely manner. Coordination of accurate monthly reporting of departmental data and involvement in company level audits to ensure compliance is maintained and any concerns are raised for action. Act as the representative for the Executive Team for health, safety, environment and wellbeing, providing challenges to the team in order to promote as the company's number 1 priority. EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered you must have strong PA or EA experience at a senior level. You must also have strong computer skills which include excel, word and power point.
