Client Services Coordinator INTERVIEWS - W/C 16th March Start Date - ASAP £25k Free Parking Healthcare Location: Guildford, Surrey One of UK's leading Consultancy firms based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to support a small yet busy Client Services team. This is a varied role and will suit an individual who is passionate about delivering first class customer service whilst work to strict deadlines. You will have proven administration skills. Duties include: Consultant Services Delivery Support Proof reading, formatting and arranging printing of business outputs Creatively client branding to training collateral Proactively manage the support schedule and predict workload Manage relationship with third parties proof-readers and printers Manage the up-keep and delivery of training materials and equipment Assist with research projects and general administrative support when required Document control - ensuring all documents are filed on the server correctly Office Management Support Supporting first line telephone answering for all incoming telephone calls, handling requests in a proactive and professional manner (includes Internal and External clients) Maintain office and keep meeting rooms and kitchen tidy Provide refreshments for internal and external meetings Post - incoming opening, filtering and distributing - outgoing co-ordination, arranging couriers Your Experience Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment Experience working to deadlines and managing your own workload Supporting first line telephone answering for all incoming telephone calls, handling requests in a proactive and professional manner (includes Internal and External clients) Experience in performing adhoc admin tasks Key skills / Competencies Competency and confidence working with software including Microsoft office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel Strong organisational skills Flexible attitude and able to succeed in a changing, challenging and growing environment Strong customer service ethos Excellent written and verbal communication skills Autonomous and self-motivated Resourceful and able to 'muck in' where necessary Able to plan, track and prioritise tasks An ability to meet tight deadlines Has a creative eye for detail and is able to independently produce documents and presentations to a professional standard For further details please contact the Guildford, Tate Office.
