Overview

We are looking for individuals who have European work experience and ideally have a 2nd language. This role is a great entry level role for anyone who w ould like to pursue a career within our Risk Function. Role Outline In this role you will be contributing to the teams goal of ensuring legal and compliance requirements are proactively identified and enacted across our EMEA region. It will involve liaising with external bodies scuh as HMRC and working closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate risk where possible. Job Responsiblities Undertake regular research and accumulating external market knowledge, internal business knowledge and legal and regulatory knowledge relevant to the EMEA operating companies Identification and analysis of laws and regulations throughout EMEA, assessing risk impact on our operating companies Review and track Out of Policy placements raised to the department, assessing the risks and applicable legislation and providing recommendations to the business that balance risk exposure with commercial viability Work in conjunctions with the Legal Team to develop and prepare the necessary policies, guidelines and business processes to enable full compliance with relevant laws and regulations across the EMEA region Ensure legal & statutory compliance is identified, tracked and appropriate reports are provided to Management To be a trusted advisor to be relied upon by its customers (internal & external) with knowledge of legal and statutory compliance issues within the Recruitment industry Ensure the accurate submittal of the quarterly HMRC Intermediaries report for all applicable UK entities, as well as, responding to requests for data from Managed Service Providers Monitor the weekly internal HMRC audits to ensure these are completed in a timely and accurately manner, with feedback provided to the business wher Role Requirements Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships Able to work under pressure Confidence to analyze issues and present solutions Strong team player, able to work closely with individuals at all levels within the business Able to manage work load independently Commercially minded High character and work ethic and is a role model for others Highly organized, attentive, and solution-oriented Capable of working competently with diverse groups of people, data and processes accommodating an ever-changing environment Confidently interfaces with all levels of staff internally and externally Positively represents the organization in areas of high customer visibility with poise and decisiveness Continuous learner; seeks growth and self-improvement Proven ability to influence in a positive manner Personally accountable Accurate and detail oriented
