Overview
Based in the European HQ of a global manufacturing business, this exciting opportunity will be reporting to the Bid Team Leader within an expanding, evolving sales support team. This fast-paced position supports the European Sales team in the administration of the bids and tender process, and the development of all documentation and supporting materials for their largest client accounts. An essential requirement in this role will be fluent German language skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. German Sales Support Coordinator responsibilities include: Liaison with various departments and stakeholders to gather information required for the completion of tender responses, and other client account activities. Developing strong business relationships with manufacturing and the European sales team to support account activity. Assisting the Major Accounts team in the creation and development of documentation and supporting materials. Administration support to the team as required. In this role you'll need strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills as you'll be developing business relationships with a range of stakeholders to gather the critical information required to support the tender process. Previous experience supporting a sales team with tender responses would be ideal. Intermediate to advanced skills using Excel will be essential as you'll be involved in assisting the team with the analysis of a variety of data including pricing information. Some basic knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be needed. This expanding business offers a great working environment, 25 days holiday and extensive benefits. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm.
