PHP Developer

My client is one of Europe's largest independent retailer for table top hobbies and leading brand name - due to large growth they are recruiting a PHP Developer My client are looking to expand their Web team with a dynamic and focused PHP developer to work in there head office located just outside of Southend in Essex. Responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining the company's expanding range of websites and business applications. To succeed in this position, you will need a combination of strong web development skills and commercial awareness combined with a proven ability to create exciting and original website concepts. The Requirements: Create website concepts and see through to production. Write code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website code within templates, add-ons or plugins. Write functional test logs and fully test the website and identify any technical problems before any deployment. Ensure site by designing and adhering to best security practice when coding. Can code using high level HTML, CSS and PHP Experienced in using Bootstraps for responsive coding Experienced in coding with PHP & Template languages such as SMARTY The ideal candidate: Has commercial web development experience Has an understanding of the development process Has a polished portfolio with examples of your work Is able to show the thought process behind your work
