Overview

My Client based in Hayes is recruiting for a Customer Service Executive with XHIRE and Tool Hire Experience The ideal candidate will Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services offered. To assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels and maintain set KPIs. Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers whilst negotiating rates and holding them accountable to SLAs where required. Responsibilities: Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle productS and serviceS enquiries. - Educate customers on product range, services and platforms available. - Provide pricing/costs and operation information (delivery/collection ETA etc). - Receive and process orders on behalf of customer in an efficient and accurate manner. - Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate value added to their business. - Develop strong relationships with suppliers and expand suppliers’ list regularly to sustain demand - Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow the business relationship further. - Respond to all emails in a prompt and professional manner. - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers - Comply with all company procedures and policies including OH&S Computer Skills Required: - Sound computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel - Syrinx SP experience is advantageous Essential Skills for the role : - Previous experience in customer service/sales role within the tool/equipment hire industry. - Previous experience within plant, powered access, accommodation and/or other specialist sector - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multi-task and prioritise. - Sound computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. - Appreciation and an interest in providing exceptional customer service. - Excellent interpersonal skills (Positive, motivated) - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Have a keen and commercial eye for new products/services available on the market Hours are on a shift basis either 06:30-16:30 or 08:00-18:00 Monday -Friday
