Junior Python Developer - Bristol, Tech 4 Good. £30,000 - £35,000 A tech for good company in Bristol are at a pivotal time of growth and building technology which will help change the future You will be joining a technical team of 8 which include 2 Senior Python Developers. Their office is 2 minutes walk away from Temple Meads, you can work remotely a day or 2 a week, they also off a 9 day fortnight - a benefit I love. You will be part of a team that build new and improve existing open-source software and improve the quality of their software through, automation and continuous deployments. Expect to work on interesting technical challenges and work with statistical modelling and lots of DATA Skills needed: Good knowledge of Python, Flask, Django and SQL Understanding of software design principles Ability to write code that scales and is well tested Interest in using your technical skills for social good A continuous learner, interested in self improvement It would be great if you had some exposure/experience or knowledge with Docker / Ansible / Debian and also some front-end JS tech They have just hired a new Senior Developer and now looking for a junior developer to come on board so if you are new to industry or have a year or 2 experience they would love to speak with you.
